Lodgewell’s Annual Holiday Experience
Lodgewell sought a unique holiday experience to boost brand awareness, spread joy, and attract guests to their downtown rental. Tasked with igniting the holiday spirit, I conceptualized The Winter Wonderloft brand activation, including the iconic mascot, Dale on the Rail – the tallest elf in Texas! Collaborating with a local prop-maker, I spearheaded the fabrication and production of Dale, bringing this larger-than-life character to life. Within The Winter Wonderloft, Lodgewell truly "decked the halls!" Every nook and cranny exploded with festive cheer, creating a whimsical wonderland for guests to experience.The success of Lodgewell's annual holiday experience is a testament to the power of creative vision, strategic execution, and a focus on giving back.

My creative direction encompassed all brand assets for the activation, from website design and copywriting to social media content, printed materials, ad campaigns, and emails. I also oversaw video production and community events like "Donuts for Dale" to celebrate first responders and The Holiday Hoedown for the public, managing both internal and external teams to ensure a seamless and impactful experience.

The Winter Wonderloft wasn't just about dazzling decorations. It fostered a sense of community. The "Support-a-Stay" initiative designed to support Ronald McDonald House families, was a heartwarming example of this. By gifting stays to deserving families seeking medical care for their children, Lodgewell offered a touch of holiday magic during a difficult time.
