For the past three years, I've driven Voltus' (leading virtual power plant operator) annual retreat as Event Creative Director. I led the charge from concept to execution, crafting unique event themes, designing city-specific logos, and curating local vendor swag bags. I built a branded website and managed all vendor relationships to ensure seamless daily experiences. My creativity extended to planning unforgettable field trips, and sourcing and managing musical talent, videographers, and photographers. I oversaw graphic design and printing of all event collateral, ensuring clear communication for over 200 employees. As client liaison, I fostered smooth interaction between all stakeholders, resulting in a memorable week for the entire Voltus team.
